"The room was very clean as were the other areas of the hotel we saw on our short stay. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Staff was helpful. The only downside was the shuttle service can only carry 7 people so we had to uber to the airport. Perhaps booking the shuttle service with the room would have secured us a spot. Would definitely stay there again for traveling through that area."

"Expedia does not tell you this. This location charges $10 for parking. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast bar was clean and well prepared. The bed I had. Was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping in a hole in the middle of the bed had to cling to the sides. Water pressure good appeared clean"

"Check in was ok . The roos was clean. It’s an old building. Breakfast was really the deal breaker It is so bad and they have audacity to cut it out early or just stop replenishing. Daytime employee is always missing"

"Man roaming around the parking lot without shoes, very creepy. Many windows were boarded up from the inside. No lobby, had to interact with staff through a small window. Light switch didn’t work, a/c didn’t work, big holes from cigarette burns on the bedspread. Bedbugs crawling on the sheets, door between our room and another said not to open the door, peephole in the door was plugged with toilet paper, room smelled awful, crumbs on the desk. We were there approximately 20 minutes and went to the shady window to return our keycard. Man said we could not have a refund. Btw, the room looks nothing like this picture. "

"Everything was great and just as described. Except I couldn’t get more than lukewarm water out of the shower and the pillows are not made for side sleepers."
