“This was a great spot for our group. The air conditioning doesn’t really work upstairs, but there were box fans in the upstairs rooms that helped. We enjoyed our stay here and have no complaints.”

“The property was a great choice for our stay. It was located very close to transit. There were four of us and it was a good space for that many people. The living area was small but sufficient for 4 but would have been crowded for more. The stairwell was very narrow and no one with mobility issues should stay there. The refrigerator was very noisy. Overall it was a new, clean space and the Host responded quickly when we had issues with the tv and the coffee pot. Parking on the street was……

“Great location! Easy walk to Inman, Central and Harvard squares. Beautiful walk up Harvard street to Harvard square. The location felt very safe. Loved the balconies! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very clean! Quiet! Off street parking! Having a washer and dryer was great! The kitchen was perfect! Absolutely loved the stay! Our host was great! Very quick to reply when we had questions. We normally stay between Harvard and Porter squares. This was a great change and I’m so glad we did it!”

“Location location location. Very surprised by the size in a good way. Therese is great host. Responsive and respectful.”

“My family and I had an absolutely amazing time. The view from the roof is something we won’t soon forget. It was wonderful being within walking distance from Fenway. We couldn’t have asked for a better Southside experience.”

“We had a lovely stay with family for a long weekend. Convenient to a lot. Loved the front sunroom. Good space for 6 of us. Communication was excellent! Check-in and out easy!!”

“Excellent clean place. Very helpful and communicative host.”

“Perfect little retreat for our few days in Boston for the World Cup can’t fault the property or the host at all”

“Great location. Host communication was excellent, and the accommodation was exactly as advertised. Would recommended.”

“Great location and A/C a huge plus! However, one of the beds was broken and made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. In general, furniture is uncomfortable throughout. If we stayed longer than a weekend it would have been a bigger issue. The unit was surface clean but not consistently clean throughout. Host was excellent with communication prior to the stay. Easy access.”

“This property is in an excellent location in Cambridge. There is a Whole Foods a couple of blocks away and Target and CVS are about a 10 minute walk. We easily walked to Harvard and the surrounding area and always felt safe. The parking is a great option if you have a car. We stayed 5 nights in July 2026.The property itself needs some attention. The couches are horribly uncomfortable and worn out. The chairs for the table have very little cushion in the seat. Some of the windows did not have……

“I was in town for about a month for medical purposes and needed to find a place that was close to DFCI but still also close to retail and restaurants. This pace was perfect.Cheryl, the property manager, was extremely responsive for any property questions I had during my stay which is much appreciated.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.”

“The property was clean, well planned out with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were phenomenal. They checked in to see if we needed anything and responded promptly if we had a question. The kitchen was fabulous!! Overall an excellent experience! Definitely returning!!”

“We had a great stay! The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late at no additional cost. That made such a difference—we were able to enjoy more time in the city without worrying about our luggage or rushing around before check-in or checkout. We did have a small issue with the entry code when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and had us inside within just a few minutes. The location was perfect for us. It’s just outside the city, so it was……

“It was in a beautiful place in a good location close to restaurants and more.”
