Kitchenette was great. Mattress was horrible. Only one night stand. Shower was wonderful.

The Alonzo Hotel was beautiful! The building is older, but well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The beds were cozy, the bathroom updated, and the best part- everything was clean! The workout room was easy to find and had a nice amount of equipment. There was a coffee shop less than 2 blocks away. The staff was extra helpful. We loved our quick stay.

I specifically made reservations for two handicapped accessible rooms for our family to share as we have as family member in a wheel chair who needs assistance with everything, including restroom. I called ahead to try to get the two times together too maker it easier for getting to go between rooms. I was then informed that neither room was technically handicapped accessible and that they didn't have any roomed with two beds that were, hurt that there was enough space to get a wheelchair through. FYI, NONE of the rooms are actually accessible! We had to take her out of her chair to get through the door and squeeze into the restroom. It was ridiculous. Why even add accessible to the description? I honestly don't think it's legal and I'll be looking into this. Other than that, service was terrible. I called the front desk numerous times then went down to three front desk only to wait for more than ten minutes with no one showing up. I highly recommend a different hotel.
