“Property seemed clean but hard to say because apt. Was old and dingy. appreciated the fact that someone brought us a heater. we had asked for oceanfront but didn’t realize that there was no balcony…”

“It was clean and having the laundry in the building was great. Close to everything you need in walking distance. Great place. ”

“The apartment was exactly as listed. The only downside was there was no tv service and I never thought to bring our Netflix account to operate the tv”

“honestly, place was fantastic and clean and the hotel staff along with the amazing rooftop pool. The beach is also the best beach with the property being right in the middle of it all. Was also a very good price after I heard what others said they were paying for the exact same thing. The listers also allowed us an early check in after we had a earlier flight, very thankful for that.”

“There was no host except emails. Towels were quite shabby excluding beach towels. No kitchen towels or coffee filters. Pans were toxic & unusable due to scratched teflon. Frige froze milk. TV had cords hanging, didn't work. Rusted unsafe.space heater that was running when we arrived, along with AC being on too. Unlabeled bath products..both seemed to be soap. Pillows pancake flat. Broken chairs at pool. Best features, hot water & location. We made it work. ”

“This condo building was terrible! There are about 350 units and only 4 elevators. We spent half of our time waiting for the elevator. And once we were in the elevator, we were crammed in like sardines. This is a huge safety concern and we would surely all die if there was a fire in the building. The pool and beach were incredibly crowded and we almost never got a seat. The building wi-fi did not work in the unit, and when I called and texted the host about this, they did not respond other……
