“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations due to multiple cleanliness and maintenance concerns. Upon arrival, the bed sheets and towels were unwashed/dirty, the floors were not clean, and several kitchen utensils were dirty. There was also a noticeable smell of smoke when we entered the home.
