I used this room when my son graduated at Binghamton because the rooms at Binghamton were booked or outrageously priced. I had a huge room here it was convenient to get to and had a “kitchenette“ and a small fridge. Having paper towels or a clean sponge to clean up would’ve helped and a box of tissues would’ve been nice in the bathroom, but it was quite convenient not having a lobby was odd, but he answered the phone right away when I was missing the code to get in the door so that was fine.

There was a good selection of food at the breakfast

Our room was large, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. We had a coffeemaker, microwave, and mini-fridge. Because of the hotel layout, we had to carry our luggage a long way to get to our room. Also, the breakfast menu was exceptionally limited -- coffee, juice, fruit cup, and granola bar. Still, this property offers good value for money.

It’s clear the owners take pride in maintaining the property, as everything was clean and well kept. The lobby in particular was very clean and had a fresh scent. The hotel is in a great location, with several dining options nearby. It’s also especially convenient for visiting nearby colleges, and we appreciated being able to avoid heavy traffic when leaving. Overall, a well-located and well-maintained place to stay.

I enjoyed how clean this property was! However about 3am on yesterday I woke up to the air conditioner unit making a loud screeching noise and had to turn the unit off for the rest of the night due to me needing to be up by 530. Very disturbing.
