"I like the pool which is open till 10pm. Guests can still swim for late check in. There is no lotion only shampoo and conditioner. Bar soap is so hard to wash off so slippery just towel off. It might have so much moisturizer. There is a fly in the room. I like the beds and shower. The fridge is big, you can put enough food and drinks. Breakfast: there is cereal but no milk. Milk came when we are all done eating. Staff are nice ."

"This is my 2nd time staying here for the Boone Super Nationals. We stay for a whole week and it's super convenient. We have never had any issues while staying here. I will say this year the breakfast changed. Didn't have as much as was out last year and you had to make sure to come out early because they don't keep up with the warm selections. But overall a great place to stay!"

"Room was clean, comfortable bed. No hand soap in the room. Mirrors were awful to put on makeup! Breakfast was a joke, waffle maker wasn’t turned on so cold cereal, yogurt or packaged muffins. Smelly pizza box was in the hallway for two days!! Outside garbage was overflowing!! Don’t like kiosk check in!"

"The hallways were pretty warm. We had to turn the AC on when we got into the room. The refrigerator was unplugged, so we had to get it cool before we could use it. Only juice and coffee available. There was a discount on our room card for Pizza Ranch which we took advantage of. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay again."
