You can't beat this basic, no-frills motel
A basic, no-frills room that is very comfortable and super clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is great for business or pleasure travelers going to West Omaha. Easy access to anywhere in the city, and the price is super low. Free coffee, too!

The motel desperately needs updating...beds were very hard...sheets very thin...pillows flat...bathroom needs updating...tub had cigarette burns and stains...but it was very quiet, staff friendly, and great WiFi/cable connections.

This is a VERY DIRTY hotel!!! It has in no way been remodelled or taken care of in a very long time.

Check in was very good. Lady was very professional with the process. Explaining everything from the services they offer to go over the hand out of local food areas and attractions.

Lost sleep due to fridge sounds
Stay was borderline ok. Very friendly staff at check in. Not terribly friendly when I checked out at 4:30 am but that may have been the hour. I had my dog with me. The pet room was very stale & the floor was tile so not comfortable. I was happy with the dog outside area except there were no poop bags in the dispenser of the large grass area. The bed was comfortable enough however there was a problem with the fridge in the room. It had a ticking sound & when the compressor was on it made a high pitches whine. Both sounds kept me awake. I turned the tv on to try to drown out the sound, that didn't help. I turned on the fan for the furnace, that didn't help. Needless to say I didn't get a good sleep because of that. I did report the fridge problem to the front desk clerk when I checked out, not sure if she passed along. The toilet seat would move when I sat down on it. For the price it was adequate but not sure I would stay there again.
