"I booked this house for my extended family & dog to stay in for my wedding weekend. It could not have been in a better location, the one night I stayed there was super comfortable and felt like home. Beyond that it served as an excellent centeral home base for my wedding. The dining area and living room were perfect for my extended family. Bath's Bakery right around the corner was a huge plus. The host was super accommodating and had just the right of communication. The only negative I can find...

"We had an enjoyable time in our stay in Wareham. Milan was always available when we had questions. The house is on a private road with views of the river (but we didn't realize there were two units in the house. The deck was private from the other unit.). We weren't far from the Cape but didn't have to deal with the Cape traffic here. There were plenty of paper products, some spices and cleaning supplies. Thank you."

"According to the listing, the property has AC. That is not true. It had a tiny portable unit that wasn't on when we entered and didn't cool once it was turned on. It also had a window unit that had no place to plug in. There were bugs in multiple areas. The property was not habitable, so we ended up booking a hotel room in a nearby town. VRBO compensated us partially but the owner was unwilling to refund any of our money even though we did not stay in the property. "
