Hotel Rialto is in downtown Victoria. The hotel, room and staff were good. The issue I had was outside the hotel. The parking garage was really clean and seems new. The only issue there was that there was no elevator and I had to carry the baby stroller up a flight of stairs. I think the location isn’t the most convenient for families with young children requiring strollers but is certainly fantastic for adults. The establishment was good overall and had a warm and fun environment downstairs in the lobby.

O at the front desk was wonderful and welcoming. The room was beautiful. Fabulous view, very well appointed, and comfortable beds. Location was close to everything.
