"The check in process was a little rocky as the instructions given regarding the keys, location of lock boxes & how they work were a little challenging.The home was very clean. Some appliances worked AMAZING (oven, BBQ, washer/dryer). Some things around the house were broken, didn’t work well or were just a little strange (dishwasher, screen door upstairs, downstairs shower, hot water distribution (in both homes). "The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it.
