“As usual we got a room with a beautiful view, the room itself was well equipped with a full kitchen. However, the fireplace didn't work and although the staff responded right away with new batteries for the fireplace remote that didn't fix the problem. They were sympathetic and took 10% off of the cost of the room, but I'd have much rather have had a working fireplace. The king sized bed was as hard as a rock and for someone that suffers from fibromyalsia it was like laying on concrete. It was……

“The view was wonderful; however we had lukewarm water in the shower, the fireplace unit didn’t work and another guest kept smoking on the balcony- so every time we went to sit on the balcony, it smelled like cigarettes. Also could hear the other room’s conversations and movements. Definitely not a $300 hotel, pretty disappointed, feel like I wasted my money. ”

“A coffee maker would have been nice, and air conditioning. The rom was very stuffy and only had two teeny tiny windows that didn't allow much air flow in. The beds were uncomfortable, and each side sloped toward the outside edge. If you wanted anything from housekeeping, you had to give 24 hour notice, if check-in isn't until 4 and you have to check out by 11 and are only staying one night, then I guess you're screwed. The skin bowl was cracked and no glasses or cups for water. They had hot……

“No remote for the tv, head board and pictures missing from the wall...outside in hallways...cigarette butts and garbage around the building also. Lots of people living in the rooms. Floors were sticky and dirty. But the staff was very sweet.”
