Flight got cancelled got stuck in Amsterdam because of a snowfall and finally booked a Royal suite for a reasonable price for our family of 4. Waited long at check in …. The suite is cold overall, only one key card provided and it has to go into the slot for power. bath dispensers all empty not being refilled at all for the tub area, since our luggages all been stuck in the airport, the receptionist told us there will be slippers prepared which were after-all having none and been told they are lack of labor to prepare more. The shower is out of shower gels, shampoo and no conditioner bottle at all, no still water provided have to buy in the reception. The whole experience is not too good for a night like this…
