Easy to reach from highway

We apologize for any confusion, but since your reservation was pre-paid you should have gotten the receipt upon your booking for all your charges. Highway noise

Heard traffic from highway most of the night. Rooms need cleaning details, carpet, floor edging dirty, unpleasant odor.

Frustrating reservation cancelled before we arrive

When we arrived at the hotel for a NASCAR race weekend our reservation had been cancelled hours before. We arrived in the afternoon so no excuse for the cancellation. They got us a room but we didn't get our hotel points from hotels.com toward a free night. Frustrating!!!

Convenient for I20

I think that this must have been the highest bed I have had to contend with. I needed a step to get up there. The room was large with fridge and microwave. Good wifi. Good location for local amenities and convenient just off the I20 between Birmingham AL and Atlanta GA. Room was looking a little tired in places and there was an ugly stain on the toilet seat that spoilt the bathroom.
