Great location and the staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with many items to choose.

Unfortunately, for them, they weren’t very busy, but they did take care of the few tents. They have promptly and politely. They worked at getting my late check out done in a promptly matter. My day was excellent.

If you want to visit Bergen on a budget then this hotel is in an ideal position just off the main shopping street. Although bright modern and really good breakfast rooms are small and bathrooms with walk in shower tiny. Our room 408 was on the forth floor overlooking the street. Room too warm cannot be controlled from room. Asked for it to be turned down but nothing changed. Windows opened but then the noise from student population on Friday and Saturday nights was impossible to sleep so had to close them then far too hot. Ask for room at the back and high to be able to have peace and be able to open the windows if room too warm ( it was set at 23c!) The hotel did offer a change of room on our last evening but couldn’t be bothered so they gave us duvet covers to use instead of the thick duvets! Bergen is lovely really recommend and you need at least 4 nights.
