“Upon arriving at the room, we went in, and there was trash in the sink. There was towels, washcloths, and other things in the tub. The bed was not made. It was in complete and utter disarray. The building itself was not well taken care and smelled like mold. when I called and spoke to the owner of the property, he was very rude and he acted like this was my fault. He told me that I should just contact the agency and they would reimburse me my money. I explained to him that I drove two hours away...

There is a great little commercial area just a few blocks away with fantastic coffee, shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Cleveland. I also really enjoyed the map theme that turned out to be an extra bonus. ”
