Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, mid-century modern ranch style vacation home that was originally built in 1962. Located in the historic Indian Canyons Golf Resort neighborhood of Palm Springs, this solar-powered property features resort amenities including a large pool, bubbling spa, four chaise lounges, two umbrellas and an expansive covered patio with al fresco dining for six and outdoor kitchen with refrigerator. The 2,568 sq ft interior has an open concept floor plan where the formal living room, dining room and kitchen are all together and overlook the pool, spa and mountains through walls of glass. A Sonos audio system streams music throughout most rooms, including the spacious master suite. In 2019, the property owner remodeled the kitchen. The remodeling included new cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, lighting, sink, faucet and five-burner Wolf stove and Wolf hood. Guest bedroom one has a Queen size bed with 2019-new mattress. A 32" TV with Apple TV, Sonos speaker, designer side chair, nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan and closet complete the room. A tremendous amount of natural light streams into this guest room from both a large window and sliding glass door that opens to the backyard. Guests staying in this bedroom will enjoy stunning mountain views from bed. One of the guest bathrooms is located just feet away and features a walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom two has two full size beds and sleeps four. For your comfort, the room also has a modern chair, two nightstands, ceiling fan, closet and a large window with mountain view.
Guest bedroom three has been converted into an office with two workstations, two office chairs, 50" smart TV and Sonos speaker. There’s also a futon that can sleep one and a window with a mountain view. Guest bedrooms two and three share an updated bathroom with tub/shower.
The open concept floor plan includes a living room, dining room and kitchen that overlook the pool, spa and expansive backyard with captivating mountain views. The living room is contemporary yet comfortable and cozy; An L-shaped couch with chaise, and a gas fireplace invite guests to relax and unwind. 2019 living room upgrades include two side chairs, area rug, 70” TV with Sonos soundbar and a stylish TV Console. The living room overlooks the pool, spa and mountains through walls of glass.
The adjacent dining room seats eight and features a 2019-new table, chairs and light fixture. As mentioned above, the kitchen was remodeled in 2019 and has all new cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, lighting, sink, faucet and five-burner Wolf stovetop. Other appliances include two ovens, microwave oven, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher and drip coffee maker. A unique kitchen feature is a pass through window that opens to the outdoor kitchen and facilitates outdoor serving. The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill and refrigerator, and is only a small part of a larger covered outdoor living area that spans the entire back side of the property.
