“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!”

“The manager texted me earlier the day of my arrival to confirm my arrival time. He greater me at the front gate and showed me to my room and around the property. There was a nice basket of snacks included. It was pretty quiet, but it was a Sunday in December. But that made the hot tub even more relaxing. ”

“As I drove down the road leading to the hotel, I began to worry about my choice. This was due to the surrounding areas. The front of the hotel is sectioned off with a coded door entry. When we opened the door it opened up to a courtyard with the pool and access to all of the rooms. It reminded me of an updated 50s and 60s era hotel/motel. Everything was exceptionally clean. The hotel has a heated Pool and jacuzzi that were clean. pool and Jacuzzi or cleanfavailable of a hotel”

“This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and……

“A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!”

“I don't want to leave a review because i am worried that this hotel will become overbooked and hard to get into again! Our stay was amazing - we loved our room. The cleaning staff went ABOVE and beyond when one of us was sick. I cannot say enough good things, this place was soooo cute. Thank you to all the "Montys" for making it such a lax simple stay. <3”
