Our room smelled very strongly of mildew. Our door and everyone else’s doors in our party did not fully shut. You had to really slam them every time and double check to make they were fully closed. Housekeeping opened our door twice without permission. A person in our party had money stolen from her room, after she had securely shut her door. Therefore, staff would be the only ones with access. Nothing was done about it by the property, just filed a police report. The majority of the staff was miserable! Didn’t acknowledge you much while clearly sitting at the bar expecting service. There were a couple of great ones though, like Enrique at the Infinity Pool,

The new Mega-All Inclusive has made this resort expensive. Will be looking at other resorts on my next visit to Aruba.

Staff and food was great. Very clean. Shuttle service was awesome as well. Close to everything.
