For jogging enthusiasts, this home is on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, the largest park in Paris. At the heart of this enchanting setting, this two-bedroom home blends retro furnishings with modern amenities, reflecting the vitality and allure of the commune. LIVING & DINING AREA Luxuriant velvets of crimson and mustard adorn the soft furnishings, set upon an immense blue and cream Persian rug. Floor to ceiling sliding doors let streams of sunlight in to make the décor pop; opposite, a large ornate mirror is framed on both sides by identical bookcases stacked with volumes. Emerge onto the leafy terrace and enjoy a coffee in the sun at the table for two or dine at the elliptical formal dining table. KITCHEN This space evokes a refined simplicity and minimalism, featuring clean white cabinetry, timber countertops and an infusion of tropical colour with a palm tree splashback. It’s also fully stocked with all the key amenities – budding chefs will have no problem whipping up a bœuf bourguignon in here. BEDROOMS The principal bedroom is a pleasing portal to the past with its retro furnishings, including a small round table with period armchairs, a queen-sized bed, matching bedside tables and an extendable desk. A separate terrace is accessible through the sliding doors, where you can enjoy a view of Neuilly's rooftops. The second bedroom features similar appointments, anchored by a queen-sized bed under a vibrant still-life painting. BATHROOMS Marbled white tiling is the standout in the first bathroom, giving it a clean, palatial look. Here you’ll find a walk-in shower and a wash basin, while the adjacent bathroom offers a bath, wash basin and toilet. A separate WC contains a toilet and wash basin. WE LOVE The deft juxtaposition between modern design and retro décor and furniture, resulting in an aesthetically rich space. \*\*To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.\*\* Home Truths: No smoking, pets or parties.
