“The location was great, steps from the beach and walking distance to several really good restaurants. But the condition of the actual building was not that good. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, tv kept losing internet connection and the bathroom looked worn down. Other than these things mentioned, we did enjoy our stay. The staff was extremely helpful, find and accommodating.”

“We did not have water and when we arrived the door code is wrong, a very frustrating experience. If u do not have water, u should have ur customers cancel and rebook with a hotel that is in welcoming conditions, horrible experience”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“The vallet guys were awesome and the front desk as well , my only issue is that we were in the 10th floor , right below the restaurant so we can here everything all day all night and the room was next to the elevator. Also they never changed my bed sheets not once other than that the hotel and location were beautiful.”
