“Bueno, pero esperaba mucho más para ser un hotel recién abierto! Mejoras en proceso que bloquean el acceso a algunos lugares y las puestas de la habitación no aíslan el sonido del exterior! Restaurante caro y poca calidad.”

“This property is only good for 1 or 2 stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience. We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. We had water issues during whole stay. Water pressure and not having hot water. They moved us to another room in which we had an issue with the toilet, then we move back to the original room and the same sheets were on the bed from……

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
