“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “ This place was even better than my expectations. Photos online were accurate and even better and person. Everything was super clean and in working order. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook, even stocked with spices, coffee and such. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The host was so sweet and her love of the place was obvious with attention to details like beautiful decor, fans, beach chairs, etc. Everything you need she made available. “I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. I have stayed in busy and noisy hotels all over and have never had to resort to the earplugs that were left in the nightstand. The Google Map link sent to me wouldn’t work which created……

“Perfect location. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Staff were friendly. There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as you need to give them another cc on file to get a code for entry. It’s a guest house and not a hotel so there’s no staff onsite but the host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. ”
