“The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. The code that was given to us to check in at the gate did not work. The security guard let us in because I was able to prove……

TV/internet connection was very spotty No microwave to reheat leftovers Scalding hot water in the shower of our connecting room/family suite that was reported at the beginning of our stay and nothing done to remedy the problem. “We had never Glamped before, but glad we did. The tent by the river was just like all the other reviews mentioned. It was nice, clean, peaceful, and private. It was a little warm at night but with the fan blowing on you it was bareable. During the day the river is nice and cool, and we loved showering outdoors in nature, which the one by the room was cool water and the one along the walkway had hot water. The shared outdoor area was really nice and made coffee that was provided every morning……
