“We stayed here for 5 days over the New Year holiday 12/29/25 to 1/2/26. The photos in the listing do not do it justice, it is far better in person. 10/10 highly recommend. I wish we would have watched the ball drop from here instead of our table in time square. The boys loved the club house pool table, and the view from the roof is beyond belief. Best view in New York City guaranteed. I will absolutely be back. ”

“Space was very clean and well equipped. You must know going in that it’s only semi-private, you will have to go into a shared hallway to access the bathroom and kitchenette area. Staying over a weekend, it was a bit noisy from the laundry being done in the room right next to us. You can also occasionally hear the owners when they’re home, and at night there were several noises (possibly the furnace?) “The place was greatly situated right by Walgreens, Target, Chick-fil-A, Insomnia Cookies, and the subway station. We were lucky enough to stay when it was snowing, so we sat by the large windows and watch the snow fall . They provided EVERYTHING we could possibly need as well. “What an amazing stay! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in. Fully equipped kitchen which was perfect because it allowed us to cook a home meal. That is exactly what it felt like, a home away from home. Very clean and easy to get to. From check in to check out it was a breeze! The neighbors were very friendly as well since the day we checked out our car was covered in snow, they helped us clean it up! We would love to come back……

“Great place to stay with family! Wanted a place large enough for visiting relatives from Germany. The open kitchen/dining/living rooms were perfect for us. A short walk to the train/ferry terminal(10-15min.) always felt safe, even when returning very late at night. The neighborhood was full of families with young children, play park around the corner.
