“Comfortable mattress, clean”

“The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.”

“This establishment is poorly managed. No working phone in the room to call front desk. You have to request room cleaning and change bed sheets, etc. and have to walk to front desk to ask for that. No working pool.”

“I got into the room I booked to find the ceiling hanging down as soon as you enter with 2 garbage buckets under. The was another leak in another part of the ceiling not close to the first leak. There was a dirty hand print in the bathroom on the wall. I told the front desk (said no one made a note about the situation) and they put me in a room 107 where the flooring was coming apart, bathroom faucet handle came off off if you pulled it. They spray oil or something (probably for smell ) on the……

“The bedrooms and bathrooms are very clean, making you feel right at home. However, the AC in my room was too close to the bed, which was annoying. I finally turned it off; it was better to sleep in a warm room in the middle of summer than to have an AC blowing on me from just two feet away.”

“Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely”

“Look up this location before booking. Neighbor is as bad as it can get. In the description it states mixed neighborhood. I walked in and 10 minutes later walked out. Had booked the place for 2 weeks and only stayed 10 minutes. Smelled like urine, and all the stains in the living room couch was awful to look at. Holes in the restroom floor and the window had broken blinds so anyone could look the the windows at night. The place should not be listed on any site, because of its non cleaness. In……
