“The dirtiest hotel I have seen in my lifetime They had me singing for non smoking and they gave me a room that that smelled so bad, they don’t check the condition of the room before they give the keys to the customer, I got back to the front desk and told them about the condition of the room, they gave the keys to a new room that wasn’t cleaned, the house keeping person did not touch the room, I took pictures of that room and I got back to the front desk and showed them the pictures. They……

“Keys don’t work— gotta check with the front desk multiple times. Poor cleanliness. Alright staff. Good parking. On a winter night you have to walk outside for a while to be able to find your room after leaving the front desk.”

“我们去奥特莱斯购物，在附近住。这里离奥特莱斯车程大概半个小时。我们一家选择居家型的旅店，因为西餐吃得不行了。想自己做一次。万豪的居家酒店几乎每次都让我们满意。这次也不例外。两个卧室。厨房很大。服务人员很耐心，我们的灶眼没有接上。我们也不明白，去前台问，尽管客服和厨房下班，还是有人上去帮助了我们。 开车不到十分钟就能找到一个很大的购物超市。啥都有，很方便。对我们刚从纽约拥挤的城市出来的人说，简直棒极了。”

“Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely”
