The hotel, location, cleanliness of the rooms and property were excellent. Three major downfalls for this property: The electricity in you room if old. The power continually serges and the adapters won’t work properly. The room never really cools down and the addition of a ceiling fans in the rooms could make a huge difference in comfort. Last, the breakfast included in not impressive at an and is not self-serve. The staff are NOT friendly nor helpful, and seem to resent the fact, you are there and need their service. I disliked going to breakfast each morning, know the negative vibe in the room. A welcoming attitude, even a simple “Good morning! “ or Customer Service will make or break this hotel.

Great stay and amazing staff! Views from the balconies and restaurant + rooftop bar were incredible. It’s a bit hidden away but you can find it quickly from the main road if you follow the signs. Would highly recommend for a stay in Positano.
