The property overall was good, and we had a pleasant stay in many respects. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean overall, aside from finding a hair on the toilet seat when we first arrived. The biggest drawback was the room's heating and cooling system, which is in need of an update. We visited during the summer, and our room was stiflingly hot with very little air circulation. The hotel provided a free-standing cooling fan, which we appreciated, but it made very little difference. Even with the fan running and the windows open, the room remained uncomfortably warm and made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, our room was also on the road-facing side of the building. Since we had to keep the windows open to try to cool the room, the traffic noise was loud enough to be disruptive throughout the night. One feature we especially appreciated was the large walk-in freezer available for guests to use, which was a great convenience. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, especially the excellent staff, the hotel and ferry shuttle, and guest amenities. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and ownership of the Juneau Super 8. They truly went above and beyond and were always very kind and helpful. However, updating the in-room cooling systems would significantly improve the guest experience, particularly during the warmer months.

Room was adequate. TV did not work and no shampoo in the shower. It was empty. Everything else was decent.

好👌，近机场 ，但是没有机场穿梭巴士，不是很方便去机场。比较安静，房间干净整洁，宽敞舒适，有厨房，可以自己煮饭。总体来说还是不错的，值得入住。

The new/ updated Aviator Suites was a great choice. The staff is all very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries and they keep the place clean and lively. Renovation was still in progress and the bar and lounge area wasn’t open yet, but once it is, it will be a the bet place to stay in Juneau. It’s a perfect location to the airport and central if you’re going north or south, if you have transportation. Definitely going to stay there again!
