5 minutes from the Juneau Airport, but you must call a taxi company to take you there, no shuttle.
Walking is theoretically possible but only for the ambitious.
Phone communication with hotel front desk was with non-native speaker and hard to understand.
On-site front desk staff at arrival was non-existent but to be fair was elsewhere doing maintenance, so I had to search for them.
The Hotel Desk is only open from 7am-11pm, this is not specified on the listing -
problem if you have a late flight or flight delay.
We arrived on a 9:30pm flight and made it with only 20 minutes to spare - only
fine if you have a rental car or prearranged transportation. No access to city bus.
Clean but bland decor, bed was comfortable.
Only Coffee and Tea are provided in the morning.
Front desk recommended Uber for ride downtown but a taxi was more economical.
