“This was a charming place to stay and extremely comfortable for 3 adults. The parking was sometimes tricky but we always managed to find a spot. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels. The dishwasher and washer & dryer were wonderful to have at our disposal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent communication with the hosts. ”

“Upon arrival we were confused at first, we didn't realize it was a basement garden level apartment, somehow missed that. The door gate is intimidating, but a necessity for the DC area, it is a big city. Once inside we were pleasantly impressed, beautifully kept, well furnished, and clean. The furniture, including the bed and pillows were all comfortable. The kitchen is lacking some storage containers, but has ample dishes, silverware, and glasses. If you buy groceries, get some storage bags,……

“This was the perfect location for my friend and I to stay for a long weekend. It is a very short walk to union station but we never even used public transportation, it was so close to everything we walked! The accommodation itself was exactly as listed, and it was clean and air conditioned. The host has an amazing response time before and during our stay for any questions we had. 100% would stay here again when visiting DC. The only thing that was a little confusing that did get cleared up……

“We recently stayed in this apartment for a few days while visiting Washington, D.C. It was perfect for our family of five. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had just enough space for everyone to be comfortable without feeling cramped. What really made this place shine was the location. The neighborhood was fantastic - safe, walkable, and charming. The proximity to several restaurants made meal times much more convenient. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here……

“Updated, clean, quiet one bedroom with off street parking was exactly what we wanted. Also, the kitchen did not disappoint with full size refrigerator and all the dishes/pots/pans/utensils necessary to prepare an eat-in meal. The nearby Trader Joe's with free parking was a bonus.Thanks to the owners of this outstanding property.”
