“Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.”

“I was in Charlottesville to move my son into his dorm at UVA. This place was awesome! It was very close to Grounds and easy to get to. It had everything you needed and was very clean. I received excellent communication about checking in and out and even was left a thank you gift. I would love to stay longer and take full advantage of all the amenities. Definitely another stay in my near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Charlottesville!”

“We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I……

“Clean and efficient second floor apartment on a charming and quiet street. Kitchen is well stocked but why cook when you are a short walk (one mile or less) to: Garnett's, Idle Hands, Scoops, 8 1/2 Pizza, Black Hand Coffee and many more. VMFA is also walkable and Cary Town if you want to get your steps in. I was traveling solo and felt very safe. Hassan is close by and ready help if needed. The beds are new and comfortable with new and fresh bedding. The photos show show older ones.”

“Great experience! The property is newly renovated and immaculate with beautiful appliances, big screen TVs, and washer/dryer. Location is convenient to conference center and downtown. Plenty of parking available in adjacent church lot. Cute restaurants, breweries, and wineries in easy walking distance. Kitchen is fully stocked, including spices and utensils. For logistics planning, the sole bathroom is upstairs; the downstairs bedroom occupant must go through the upstairs loft bedroom to the……
