“The units are in a luxury apartment building so the only hiccup I experienced was the lack of coordination between the onsite front desk and the reps that answer the phones for the reservation. But the unit was a beautiful, spacious, and well furnished two bedroom apt. It had everything we needed. The place was clean and welcoming. And the water pressure in the showers was perfect. Parking was plentiful once you check in and it’s walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. We will……

“We loved the downtown location! The parking specifically for unit c is very tight so we had to park on the other side. Walking down to the basement is a chore! Stairs are very tight, but the kids loved it! Had a musky pet smell mostly upstairs in the carpeted areas. The upstairs bathroom in particular was very dirty. I had to rinse the tub out because there was hair everywhere. There were only 3 towels left in the bathroom and 5 of us. We ended up finding more in the downstairs(basement) closet……

“I was in Charlottesville to move my son into his dorm at UVA. This place was awesome! It was very close to Grounds and easy to get to. It had everything you needed and was very clean. I received excellent communication about checking in and out and even was left a thank you gift. I would love to stay longer and take full advantage of all the amenities. Definitely another stay in my near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Charlottesville!”

“Not what I was expecting thought it would be a little bigger. and they have a roch problem. it was very noisy early in the morning. and at night as well.”

“We loved that the property had a balcony and that the parking was private. You do have to pay for the parking garage but it is not bad. The fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer was great as well especially since we stayed for 5 days total and had our children with us. The kitchen was easy to cook on even though the pots and pans were a little outdated or overused. The trash was easy. Overall, if we were to come back to Virginia to visit D.C we would definitely stay here again. I……

“Greatest host! Wants you to feel comfortable and he is welcoming, with much attentive to details. Great location, super feeling of safety but within the fun parts of the city. Museums, Carytown, restaurants all so accessible. He's there if you need anything but not intrusive at all. Don't be worried about the parking...you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. I would definitely want to stay there again..”

“Great experience! The property is newly renovated and immaculate with beautiful appliances, big screen TVs, and washer/dryer. Location is convenient to conference center and downtown. Plenty of parking available in adjacent church lot. Cute restaurants, breweries, and wineries in easy walking distance. Kitchen is fully stocked, including spices and utensils. For logistics planning, the sole bathroom is upstairs; the downstairs bedroom occupant must go through the upstairs loft bedroom to the……

“No one there to check us in. We called the number and were told it would be 1-1/2 hrs before anyone would be there. After a couple of conversations with the manager, we asked for our reservation to be cancelled and not to be charged. Tony (the manager?) agreed to do so. But we have received no notification from him that the cancellation was completed.”
