“This has to be one of the worst days I've ever had. I arrived. I was given the wrong room number. I played with some guy's door who eventually came out and asked me to leave. They then gave me the correct number that go up to the room and there had been a flood in the building and there were industrial grade blowers all over terrible noise. A terrible smell and the carpets were everywhere they had come off the wall. I called them up, asked them to assist me and they offered me a $50 credit. I……

“Good location, nice spacious apartment, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Check in was very poor, as I never got the emailed code to obtain the key. Also, the room was very cold and thermostat did not work. ”

“We were in town for a wedding and booked The Captains Quarters. We had a great stay and enjoyed the location - so fun to watch the boats come in and just a short walk into town. The place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were great. Thanks for sharing your place with us!”

“After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). The bed sank into the middle of the broken frame. Advertised parking for (temporary) guests in this building is a three minute drive/ten minute walk……
