Can Roca. House in the heart of Mallorca

The house has three rooms that have been recently renovated.
The main room has a bed of 180 x 2 meters. the second room 2 beds 90 x 190. The other room has a 150 x 190 bed.
It has a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, melita coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating (deep dishes, flat and dessert, glasses, cups, mugs, breakfast bowls, pots, pans etc, as well as basic species.

There is also an iron and ironing board as well as a hairdryer, and a complete towel set for each person

The living room with balcony, is very bright, consists of a large sofa, with a large table with 6 chairs. 40 "television, DVD and stereo.

Wi-Fi connection and satellite TV.

Finally you can enjoy a large terrace, where you can dine and have long conversations taking in the fresh air.

Ideal para vacaciones en familia o "centro de operaciones" para salidas en bicicleta por la isla, la casa esta equipada con todas las comodidades (internet, smart tv, aire acondicionado....), amplia terraza y grandes habitaciones. Fabulous base for exploring Mallorca

I recently stayed here as my winter base for cycling (Feb). The house is in a quiet street and benefits from on street parking as well as a garage - which is brilliant for the bikes. It's also exceptionally close to the centre of the town and two really useful small supermarkets... spa size but very reasonable on price and both have fresh produce including in-store baked bread. (There is also a Lidl and an Aldi about 10/15 min drive away just outside Manacor). The house is a good size for sharing and is very comfortable, well equipped, exceptionally clean and well maintained! The owner is also a keen cyclist and a great resource for getting local tips on rides and places to visit. Petra itself has a traditional town square and fountain surrounded by cafe's, which are busy with cyclist and visitors during the day. At night in the winter it's a little quieter but everything you need for a great retreat. Can't recommend the place enough - especially if you're on bikes or have a car. It's a perfect location for exploring as it's in the middle of the island and there are several different routes in and out of the town - so you won't ever do the same route twice in a week.
