We love the staff/crew! From Woody at the reception to Kookai at the restaurant…everyone was exceptionally accommodating. The place is close to a lot of malls, stores, attractions and even train stations. What more can you ask for.

I saw roach and ants in my room. I had to change rooms twice due to bugs. Staff was helpful but they need exterminators big time. It’s infested with bugs. I stayed in two hotels in Thailand and this was the case in both. I think it just is what it is.

"The hotel is nice, but the staff is not. The front desk staff, Kaoheaw and Meaya, were extremely rude both when I checked in and when I checked out. Maybe the staff just needs better customers service training."

"Great value for money. Everyone happy and looking after you. New, modern, clean, well designed. Near to new modern shopping mall, Central. One of the street vendors on the other side of 7/11 sold me a wonderful mixed seafood for 80 Baht. Worth a revisit."
