“Amazing besides the few blocks around seems dirty and filled with homeless”

“It wasn't apparent from the photos, but this unit was partially in the basement of the building, which was great at night, we didn't hear anything coming from outside, but the kitchen and common area had no windows so it's a little dark. There is no Kitchen table or common area with a TV, couch, etc. If you're not planning on cooking for yourself, it's probably fine. Beds were comfortable, and each room had it's own bathroom with a shower. Everything seemed pretty clean. It's bare-bones, but……

“The apartment is confortable, we slept quite well and the decoration was so craaazy but pleasant. We really love it! It's not common but colourful and make people happy however we missed a real place to eat. To finish i just want to thank the owner to let us enter in his wonderful world. I recommend”

“We walked in and walked out. When you enter the outside door to go upstairs it was filthy...I have pictures! We hoped the room was better. It wasn't! The sofa was stained, the right arm was hanging to the floor and the left was was very loose. There was an unclean odor. We walked in took pictures and walked out. We plan to try to get our money back.”

“The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay.”

“Liked location. Very skimpy on towels, one washcloth. Tv remote for living room worthless. Never had a rental of this type without at least salt and pepper or coffee. Understand it could probably not be helped but was counting on ice. Other than the above it was ok”

“Nice place”

“The floors need mopping. Was quite dirty to be honest.”

“I got a message that the host would contact me a day before to make sure everything was in line for check in…. Never happened. I contacted the host the day of our stay on our way there..received no response till I was 2 hours away to say there was a plumbing issue. I had to quickly book elsewhere costing me a lot more money. I then asked multiple times for my refund. I ended up having to contact VRBO myself and show them the messages between the host and I and finally received my refund. DO NOT……

“It was a nice property real clean, accurate & comfortable place.”

“Excellent! No complaints.”

“Before you actually go into the unit, you have to go through a hallway and up the steps to the unit. Unfortunately, the presentation when entering the building was not very pleasant. The door that you entered was very very dirty, along with the hallways and stairs. That was not a good way to present the property. Once I entered the property, it was more or less the way it was on the photos. There was some concerns I had that I did address with the host initially because the door and lock on the……

“Positives-super convenient, walkable location with easy access to just about anything in center city. Quick access to sports complex. Fun cash only dive bar below.Negatives-misleading presentation of the property. Did NOT list the bed is on a loft! Not cool, and frankly, unacceptable. Had hip surgery and access to bed was dangerous for me. The ladder, come on! I’m sure the setup works for some, but I’d recommend not misleading people like that, not good. Also the place was musty and smelled……

“The space was good for the price.”

“We needed a one night stay in Philly last minute and absolutely everything was sold out, but we found this place in the most perfect location that fit our needs massively spacious very comfortable bed and lots of amenities. Came through in a pinch.”

“The information on included parking was very confusing on my billing summary I was charged for parking then had to pay again to get parking pass. The elevator was broken and I was informed too late for full refund if I cancelled. The apartment was listed for future rentals with a 30% discount for future rentals while I was only able to get 15% off base price. While the apartment itself was beautiful, the screams of the homeless and mentally ill living in the alley by the entrance kept us up all……

“It was dirty. There were bugs. The photos were not of the actual unit. It was disgusting!! We left an hour after we arrived. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!”

“There was a Kuerig coffee maker but no k-cups. I don't travel with k-cups. Coffee would have been nice.”
