This is an awesome little apartment! Very funky and chill. Also in the perfect location. Plenty of restaurants in walkable distance and there's a little store just around the block for if you need any drinks or snacks during your stay. Also coffee shops and the park right down the street.

You can't beat the location and the room was perfect for a short weekend in Philadelphia. David was quick to respond and get us set up when the app was not working. If you are planning to be out and about, want to be close to cafes, a park, and restaurants, and want to walk to the museums, this is the place
A lot of thought went into the decor of this small but funky spot. Timely, helpful responses from the host.

Studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building near Rittenhouse Square. The location is very good with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as shopping and many landmarks within a 20 minute walk. The area seems quite safe. Beds were very comfortable. The TV remote did not work - there were two and neither worked - so the TV was not used. Three people stayed for 3 days and we each had one face cloth - had to purchase extra. 1/2 roll of toilet paper and 1/3 roll paper towels. Bought more toilet paper. Air/heat unit was filled with dust so we didn’t use it - not sure if it works. Space heater did work.Window blinds are in bad shape. Place was much lower in cost than other places in the area, so perhaps we got what we paid for.
Had a nice stay in philly. Getting to the apartment was pretty easy, just a note, the host does send the information only a few hours before check-in. Parking is absolutely terrible though. There is a lot around the corner, the one that's outdoors. The garage with the valet is super expensive and my car smelled kind of like cigarettes when I got it back. Across the street it was half the price for the same amount of time.Something that is not mentioned in the description is that it is a third floor walk up. Wasn't a big deal for us, but if you have Mobility issues, not the best. This apartment is a vibe. It's like when you visited your older brother who goes to Art School in Philly and you crashed at his place and you get to sleep in his roommate's bed. Again, it's a vibe. Not in a bad way, just very authentic. The basic amenities are there, with a clean fridge and microwave. There was also a stove top and oven but we didn't use it.My 9-year-old loved the swing and the loft bed which he says has a great View.... :) The mattresses were comfortable, and he also says the couch was comfortable as well.We had a few little hiccups when we got there, but the host was super friendly and everything got squared away just fine. The apartment is steps away from Rittenhouse square, which was cool on the weekends, with a farmers market and some Street performers. Easy walk to City Hall as well. Surrounded by plenty of places for breakfast, groceries, and shopping.
