皮肯斯县的公寓式酒店

“Very detailed check in instructions. Condo is clean and very nice with great proximity to downtown Greenville restaurants, parks, etc. Parking in garage behind condo is $10 per day. Communication with host was super easy and he was very responsive and thoughtful.”

“Upon entering the unit my jaw dropped. It was exactly as pretty and spacious as the pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but if we did there were storage dishes available for leftovers. There is so much space I was able to do a Pilates workout in the living room with ease. The bed is comfy and cozy. This space worked perfectly for me and my husband. It’s located right downtown, walking distance to all the restaurants and the arena, yet so quiet!!! I wish we could……

“Thanks to Olivia for her quick response to our questions. The property was right in the center of all the action. Nice, large patio, full size w/d and all you need with a two bedroom condo.”

“This place is beautiful! The host Jim, thought of every small detail for guests. The view is even better in person, as well as the accommodations. I agree with other guests that the beds are super comfortable. What a unique property! We enjoyed every minute!”

“Great location to downtown”

“Beautiful place with a spectacular view. We will be back!”

“great location, walkable distance to downtown Clemson.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to downtown Greenville, so we were able to enjoy Falls Park, Main Street, great restaurants, shopping, and nightlife without worrying about parking (multi-deck parking garage right next door, with 4 EV chargers {included with 10 daily fee}).The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet despite……

“The condo is spacious and beautiful. It is immaculately clean and well maintained and sits on beautiful Bear Lake behind the Lake Club Community Building and pool with a postcard view of the lake. Almost everything we needed was provided save the bathroom toiletries and cream and sugar for the Keurig coffee maker which was just odd given the attention to detail elsewhere. What we did not know-and you should -is that this is a very remote Resort with no cellphone service. There is wi-fi and……

“The location is fantastic. It is in the heart of downtown and everything was an easy walk or you can rent electric bikes and hop on the rabbit swamp trail. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Showers had body wash as well as shampoo and conditioner. We had an issue with some lights and Bill came the next morning to fix it. You do hear the music at night, but it did not bother us.”

“Loved staying here! Way more than enough room for a family of five with kids aged 6, 4, and 2. The home had everything we needed, the furniture was comfortable, the rooftop was divine in the middle of the city, the owner was very friendly, and the location couldn't be beat. We absolutely want to stay here again!”

“Perfect for Clemson family graduation group. Beds were comfy and we really appreciated the coffee bar! That's”

“Nice cozy condo that is close to the downtown district. Extremely clean, the whole package!”
