Everything was great. Thank you

Unfortunately, our experience at The Elms did not live up to the expectations or the price we paid for our 3-night stay. Given the premium rates, especially for a busy weekend, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, & attention to detail. Upon arriving late at night, I got into bed only to discover what appeared to be a blood stain on the bedding right my eye level. Grab and go options for breakfast were nice. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I thought we were going to have troubles with parking but never did.
