“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and……

“Beautiful room with single bed and couch. Beautiful view. Loved the washer and dryer and cooking facility. Very nice pool. Easy walking to several restaurants and the beach. Had snorkel and beach gear with room. Suggestion: rent a golf cart or a car. Getting to town or anywhere with shopping is a drive. But the property is excellent.”

“I had a great stay at Venetian Breeze Cozy Studio. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The studio itself was comfortable, and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was incredibly helpful for enjoying the beach without any hassle. Overall, a very good experience and a place I’d stay at again.”

“We stayed at unit C. The place consist of several (maybe around 13) units each having their own entrance. Both Hazel and Sophie were very welcoming throughout our stay. The accomodation is very close to the airport (10mins) and centrally located on the island, making it easy to go to several different beaches all around the island (rental car is a must and it is surprisingly affordable ~$350 for seven days including taxes and insurance for a small (old fiat lookalike) Mazda). “It was horrible the sheets was dirty there was bugs flying everywhere.. the outside was dirty definitely wouldn’t suggest this.. I had to get my money back ”

“Property exterior was not kept clean. It was dirty. We stayed 8 nights and the exterior verandah was not cleaned even once. Room was very basic but clean though. Kitchen lacked utensils and the ones which were provided were in bad shape. The stay was just ok. I would not stay again.”
