Staff was attentive, rooms are spacious and clean. We didn't book a suite, for we were just two of us, but the room was clean and spacious. The stretch of beach, although at the point the hotel is is somewhat narrow, is beautiful. My only observation is that there are steps to go to pool, to JoJo Cafe, to the gym and to the spa, so it is perhaos not accessible for the elderly or those with disabilities.

The staff was very friendly and access to the reef was easy. Rooms were serviced twice per day. However, taxis are required to get to other areas as well as grocery stores which can be expensive paying in US dollars.

My wife and I was very impressed by the facility. Let's start with the cleanliness of the room. We had a studio suite. The room provided excellent room for the price. The linen was of high quality. The toiletries provided were high quality as well. The concierge staff (Gary and Khalil) are great. They are always looking to assist you. The transportation service (Adrian Wilson Trans.) was good as well. They could usually be able to pick you up within 10 min of calling from any location. The pool was well kept and the proximity of the hotel to the beach was great. Not too many people on the beach so you could usually get some chairs without having to go far. The restaurant was good. Fighting the mosquitos and flies was a challenge but what more can you expect if you're eating outdoors. If you're going to TCI, getting in on Thursday would be recommended so that you can experience the Fish Fry. Great atmosphere to get a glimpse of the island culture and food. I highly recommend attending it. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Windsong on the Reef and will be telling our friends and family about it. Eddie Bo

We had a good time. The property itself is ok, kept quite clean and some of the staff are really great. But to be honest, there seemed to be an air of frustration and/or resentment from many of the service staff and in particular anything to do with getting food or drink, towels or snorkels etc was very slow. In a few cases the staff was rude. The beach is nice, though the reef is really in bad shape in terms of bleaching. There’s not much to do but swim and sit on the beach or by the pool. There are good restaurants nearby at other resorts but the fare at windsong resort isn’t great. I can’t tell if it was windsong’s food or water, but I did come down with a food/water borne illness for two days of my stay.

Very nice property with amazing location on the beach. The bungalow was well kept and provided my family of 4 with plenty of space. Service was very good and location to dining, golf, and excursions was great. Will be back in the future.

Great value! Small property compared to some of the big hotels, so easier to use their amenities. There’s about 5 restaurants walking distance? Other than that you have to take cabs to the main shopping and dining area, which can be expensive. To us it was worth having more seclusion.

The view was beautiful and amenities were fabulous. Everything you need to cook (if you choose) and washer/ dryer with detergent. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and pillow weren’t great, but the view and balcony made up for it! They do have umbrellas & chairs with/ without cabana, but are first come first serve. As a guest, you have access to paddle boards, canoes, small sail boat thing, and a bicycle boat. They also have towels, noodles, floats, and life jackets. I would recommend bringing your own snorkel gear. As there is beautiful reefs right at the beach of the hotel.

What an amazing property. We stayed in a two bedroom seaside room. This was a fully functioning apartment. Washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean with a large balcony. The kitchen has everything you need, all cooking utensils, pots and pans and two coffee machines. Three TV’s and a large table and seating area. Well lit,non smoking facility. The two restaurants on site were super expensive and not very good but we were in short driving distance to multiple restaurants. I suggest you rent a car. The beach is well maintained and you can order drinks seaside. The housekeeping staff is amazing. Always kept our room clean, plenty of clean towels, turndown service every evening. This is a boutique resort that was not crowded and central to supermarkets and activities like Grace Gourmet and Royal Golf Club. It is a 15 minute drive to and from the airport. Be prepared everything is pricey in Turks and Caicos. US currency is expected everywhere and US electric sockets. I highly recommend.
