The staff is so accommodating and all their small gestures really elevate the experience. There’s three amazing restaurants onsite along with a casino which helps making decisions for dinner easy. Property is very well maintained and overall very clean. I highly recommend the Ritz for your next travel destination. We will be back!

Everything at the front desk, all the guys who help you with your suitcases, restaurants was wonderful The only thing we did not like was the guys who attended you with towels and chairs at the beach , they were looking at their phones and not pay attention to us , we ended up getting the towels and towels to cover our beach chairs ourselves For the rest all the staff was wonderful

Hotel was nice as expected with good restaurants at the site. Few other food places and grocery store is near by as well. Great beach - the best that we have experienced in our 60 years of life time along with the good hotel. Food at the property restaurants was good but BLT tops all. Service can get better but not bad once we ask . I was expecting that someone comes and ask if we need food or drink while sitting at the beach chair or at the pool side rather we reach out to them for the service. On site Ritual Coffee Culture was our go to place for daily protein smoothie, coffee and breakfast.

Great time/location, gym could be better for a Ritz. Everything is expensive but we knew that when we were going there so I wouldn't ding them for that. Beach is great, food is great, staff is friendly.

The view from our room was magnificent, the smell of the ocean breeze was the cherry on top. I didn't eat a lot on the property, however, the south caicos rolls were delicious, drinks were awesome, right amount of alcohol, the property is well maintained. The staff was amazing. Coraline is such a sweet and gentle soul. I really enjoyed my stay :)

Amazing staff! The staff made this such an unforgettable experience. Room was always clean and towels replenished as well as the staff checking in with us down stairs, always going above and beyond. Pool and beach service was a little slow, but good nonetheless.

Positives: pool areas, beach, and location are all fantastic. Highly recommend oceanfront room. If you value safety, security, central location, and brand reliability if ritz brand, this is a great option. If interior design aligned with unique island aesthetics and island charm are priority for you, it may not be the best choice. Most surprising negative: The bathrooms in the lobby area are very run down and not clean with an unpleasant odor, and are certainly not aligned with what one would expect from a 5 star property. Seems like an obvious and important area to invest in renovation and maintenance. Customer service experience and staff, while overall fine, could benefit from further customer service training especially at the reception and beach service, as noticed a pattern of aloofness / coldness and lower standard of customer service than other ritz properties. Some staff members came across grumpy and appeared reticent to help.
