“Clean property, clean & comfortable room, good breakfast, great location next to I-59. The staff was friendly and professional. The only downfall was that a vagrant was asleep on the bench in the smoking area on one particular night. He woke up and asked me for money and a cigarette. I do not smoke and gave him neither. It was a little unsettling, but he went on his way while I was entering the hotel. Did not see him again. Only suggestion is maybe more security on the grounds and parking lot……

“Very well decorated and nice furniture, roomy, nice location traveling for a graduation. Mind you, my career has me look at every detail, but cleaning was not detailed enough. The baskets in the bathroom had dust in them, popcorn in the window sill, and the mattress was average. And could use some hooks in bathroom to hang towels. I would definitely stay again, very quaint.”

“The cabin was quaint and clean with a few spiders to take care of. Hot tub was excellent in working order. All was as advertised for a neat few days of rest and relaxing. Area of cabin was quiet and very outdoors. Saw several deer and turkey on the property. Thx for the stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean with a lot of attention to detail. We loved sitting on the porch watching the deer and walking the property. During our stay we did some hiking at Desoto Falls and Desoto State Park and had great meals at the Hatter Cafe (awesome!) and Wildflower Cafe. Great communication with Vanessa. Would love to come back again.”

“We had the upstairs unit-which made it easier to unload our car. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed including a huge refrigerator with ice maker. The screened back porch had an awesome view. You felt like you were in a tree house. Great stay!”

“What a great stay in a great spot! Close to great hiking and the wonder that is Unclaimed Baggage. Loved the hot tub and porch. Loft was perfect for my teen. Very pet friendly, even pet dishes and dog food there. Would love to come back again sometime.”

“Very peaceful cabin in the woods. Dog friendly property space for them to play. Porch is very nice to enjoy nature. Sauna was very nice to have instead of a hot tub. Kitchen had everything you need and nice size refrigerator. Close to grocery, gas and Desoto state park. ”
