Room was nice. A little high for amenties...no coffee one day No shower gel. Choose because of proximity to hospital we thought however ended up not being that close to our part as believed.

EXTREMELY difficult to get to find the access to the building. EVERY uber we ordered came to the location adjacent to the 3rd street "entrance" which we could not access. once we finally got into the building--a resident above the hamburger place helped us walk the entire grounds to eventually see the ramp and entrances for 1st floor access--we then found out that we had to download two apps so that we could get door codes. we spent 90 minutes sorting out HOW to get to the entrance and then organizing the apps to get the locks arranged. once that was figured out, access for us was simple. uber drivers all said they had difficulty getting guests from this location in the past. shower had no hot water and the pressure was terrible.
