Great room friendly staff

Place is very much in need of a remodel. I slept poorly due to traffic noise And the fitted sheet of my bed came off 3 times during the night exposing the plastic liner.

Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff are genuinely friendly, attentive, and welcoming- you immediately feel well taken care of. The luxury suite is exceptionally well designed, with a full kitchen and spacious living room that make it perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying time together. It truly feels like a home-away-from-home, but elevated. Breakfast was a highlight- fresh, delicious, and comforting, with standout cheesy grits that were absolutely spot on. One of the best perks is the location: you can step right outside and be on the lake, making morning runs or peaceful walks incredibly easy and scenic. Between the thoughtful amenities, comfortable living space, and unbeatable lake access, this hotel delivers both luxury and livability. Highly recommend for anyone who wants comfort, convenience, and a place that’s actually enjoyable to hang out in- not just sleep.
