“We really liked the house. Perfect as home base for our teen daughter and her best friend to take advantage of the high ropes course in Bristol, WI. The Lake Mary beach was a short drive away. I don’t know what the vrbo listing meant by steps from the lake. Clearly not for swimming, though. The only bummer. Although the beach at Lance Park was also really rocky and we would recommend a slightly longer drive to Silver Lake Beach where the bottom was sandy and once the lifeguards leave at six you……

“If you’re looking for a great getaway on the water on the most perfect lake in southern WI, you need to book at this adorable cottage. The rental property is beautifully remodeled and super comfy. The walk on pier offers quick access to the lake for fishing and also the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. This is the perfect location to walk to everything nearby including the restaurant and bar next door. The property owner was excellent and attentive with his communication, and he went out……

“This is the 2nd time we rented this property and both times we had a great time . Kind of a quirky place with a mix of old and new. The grandkids loved a lot of the 50+ year old games. Hosts were easy to contact and replied quickly to any questions or concerns.”
