“BEWARE!!! Do NOT book this property!! Sketchy location, unsafe, place was filthy & owner unresponsive and not helpful at all. When we arrived to check in we were able to open the lockbox on the property but there was no key inside as instructed. The host wasn't responsive to calls or messages where we provided pictures of the rental's condition. 5 stars to Vrbos customer service who very quickly helped us find alternative housing when the host didn't respond. We received a (very) brief apology from the host the day after, which was the only contact we had with them nearly a day after reaching out for support. We'd definitely use Vrbo again given……
