“We had a few inconvenience issues and pointed them out to the administration. They apologized but did not offer a courtesy credit or reward. ”

“The place was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. Exactly what I was looking for a couple of days. I would recommend it to friends and family. ”

“Location was great across a small road to the ocean. Very clean and secure. A little tricky finding the address but the host guided us right to the house. Overall good experience ”

“Punto a favor es la cercanía al centro del pueblo de Ponce . En contra , se anuncian con piscina y no la tienen disponible, por cierto ese fue el factor clave para que lo tomara ; necesita mantenimiento, cucarachas , el aire acondicionado estaba derramando agua . “In reality it’s an old building. It’s hot and the ACs are typical room style units. Only one was functional due to one of the rooms in 1207 that the room’s air is connected to the rest of the unit that is not temperature controlled. “It was a little bit confusing how to get there.. Also, the need to upgrade the bed. ”

“Had a lovely time. The apartment was great, with an excellent location. Armando was a great host. Would definitely recommend to a friend.”

“Clean rooms”

“The place was not clean at all! The leaving room didn’t have A/C and it was sold as that 2 people could sleep there! The bathroom smell dirty, the walls were dirty ! Not happy at all”
