“Clean, comfortable place to stay when flying in late on NYE. Went to the rooftop to watch the amazing fireworks that were going off all over the city. Rooms were sorta small, with a tight hallway and bathroom, and the door slammed shut every time it closed, but once settled, we all slept well. There was some confusion with booking on Expedia and getting the check-in codes....needed to text back and forth with the front desk, but staff was super nice so it all was good. ”

“A mí y a mi esposo nos encantó TODO. Desde el servicio del personal, hasta la habitación excelente con buenisimo TV para ver Netflix. La limpieza ompecable, todo olía a limpio. Definitivamente vuelvo a quedarme con ustedes cuando visite Mayagüez. No cambien.”

“La dueña del Restaurante Botavara debe poner más empleados por turno. En el desayuno solo había uno sirviendo los alimentos, rellenando y limpiando. Para que sea más rápido el servicio para los huéspedes y la espera disminuya, debe colocar 1 para limpiar, 2 para servir, 1 para rellenar, y obvio los que van en cocina.”
