“This was an exceptional property and the owner was fantastic with answering all our questions before we got there and during our stay. Our family of 4 enjoyed it very much.”

“Nearby beach and grocery stores which was great because we didn't have car”

“Place was clean, lots of towels and other basic amenities. Close to town center and within walking distance to the ferry. No hot water while we were there, but the host was very responsive to try and get it fixed (but due to being a remote island, parts can be challenging). No parking but we walked a lot. Right on the road so ear plugs might be welcomed - loud music at different parts of the day, people talking and horses clopping. The recommendation I would make is to have more than one rug in……

“The property was in a neighborhood surrounded by jungle. The night sounds were amazing. The house was clean, comfortable, and indeed had a great porch surrounded by a security fence. We loved it. ”

The beaches are also very close, making it simple to enjoy the ocean anytime. “Great stay for a solo traveler looking for a place to crash for two nights — easy access to the beach, the T5 and 53 buses (to the airport and Old San Juan), and a 24/7 grocery store (Super Max). It was quiet and clean, and no pests (which was my top priority when booking a place). The bathroom sink is small and I ran out of soap, but that was not a huge deal and I would recommend this place to any solo traveler.”

“The location of the house is very good. It is very spacious for a large group. However, there are some issues. First, the downstairs bathroom is not working. It is very disrespectful to rent a house knowing this situation. Also, every time you have to call the guards to let you inside the property, because the green pads to access the gates automatically are missing. The guards tell us that is always like that. No access to the gym, you also to tell the guard to open for you. The community pool……
