Hotel was great and smelled so good!

The resort itself stood out so beautiful!

The all seasons property had a sign out front at the beginning of the driveway, and there was no other branding anywhere in the hotel inside or outside. I think it might’ve been a best Western either before or now currently instead of the all seasons, but I have absolutely no idea what hotel I actually stayed in. There was one person on staff and I don’t think he might’ve even been there overnight or not. I tried calling the front desk for something and nobody ever answered. There was also a plow, not the whole truck, but just the plow part, in the driveway just sitting there the whole time we were there like it got dropped off, which seems to me to be very dangerous for anybody else driving.

Our room was great. Staff were helpful but only remote. Bathroom was poor. Several toilets clogged and some showers not working. Kitchen was not clean. Location was great although off site parking is an issue. Good cheap restaurants in area. Nighttime noisy with cars burning out. For a cheap night stay and dealing with hostel conditions this place is good for a short stay with money to enjoy Providence.

Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise out for the day. Loved the digital building and door keys. Easy parking. The entire building space is quite unique and stylish.
