Good location near the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral plaza We walked everywhere. Service was slow - we were placed in the -1 floor in street level … dark in the hallways. Bars in the windows so we felt safe enough.

The location was great. Most of the staff was great except for the hotel management. When we got our room I noticed that there was only one regular coffee pod and both my wife and I drink coffee in the morning. I went to the reception and requested a second regular coffee pod and they informed me that each room only got one even though there may be two people in the room. They refused to give me another coffee pod. We ended up buying Nescafe so that we both could have a coffee in the morning. This is the first hotel that this has happened to me.
